Students Eric Peterson-Tull, Dylan Colon, Seth Auguste and Mehki Torres, accompanied by their teacher Ricardo Boreland, traveled to Benjamin Turner Middle School on Monday, November 21, 2022, and Grimes School on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

“Students were able to show off their barbering skills as well as their professional skills by making sure their young clientele felt comfortable and looked good,” Director of CTE, Noel Campbell said. “It was a great opportunity for our high schoolers to give back to their community, gain the necessary hands-on experience and earn CDOS [Career Development and Occupational Studies] hours towards their graduation in the process.”
