Culinary 2 & 3 students create spooktacular treats for Halloween

Hocus Pocus S’more pops, pumpkin rice krispie treats, and witch finger cookies - oh my! Culinary 2 & 3 students in Samatha Cohen’s class were preparing treats in honor of the spookiest night of the year, Halloween!

Students broke into small groups and each prepared different themed recipes to bake and indulge in on Halloween. This assignment also prepares students for upcoming bake sales, such as Thanksgiving pies and holiday cookies.
